Will You Make Me Get Rid of Anything?

No, not necessarily, unless we  are in agreement that the item/s no longer serve/s you.

Should I Stay and Help You During Our Appointment?

​

At a minimum, we require clients to check us in and out of their homes. We ensure the most convenient and reliable way to communicate with you, should you need to leave or work on something else during our appointment. That said, we also enjoy working alongside our clients who would like to declutter as we work or simply want to be present for the organizing process.

Will I Have to Start New Systems?

​

Often, reorganizing means incorporating new systems into your life, but, we want to ensure the best use in your space and create systems that work for you. There's no one-size-fits-all solution, so there is no one-size-fits-all system, either.

Do I Need to Purchase Containers or Storage Products?

​

As per client request, we will purchase products that will work for your project. Product costs are not included in our rates. Should you wish to source your own organizing products, this can be discussed during our initial consultation. 

​

What if I Have to Cancel A Session?

​

We prefer 48 hours notice to reschedule your session for another day.

​
